• Account data: name, email, phone, password and (optionally) a gym code.
• Profile & fitness data: goals, experience, equipment, dietary preferences, allergies, injuries.
• Activity data: logged workouts, attendance, progress photos and measurements you choose to add.
• Business data (gyms): member records, billing details and operational metrics.
• Technical data: device, app usage and diagnostic information.

2. How Our AI Uses Your Data

Our AI engine uses your fitness and activity data to generate and adapt your personalized workout and nutrition plans, and to provide gyms with retention insights about their own members.

We do not use your personal health data to build profiles for advertising, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. How We Use Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, personalize and improve the service and your plans.
• Process payments and issue GST-compliant invoices (for gyms).
• Send transactional messages, reminders and important service updates.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Your data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest. We apply access controls, perform regular automated backups, and restrict access to personnel who need it to operate the service.

We share data only as needed to operate the platform — primarily with payment processors to handle transactions. These providers are bound to use the data only for the services they perform for us.
