Do you provide GST invoices for gyms?
Yes. Every gym transaction generates a GST-compliant invoice ready for your accountant and tax filing.
What's your cancellation policy?
No lock-in. Gyms can cancel before the next billing cycle. Individuals can cancel Premium anytime and keep access until the period ends.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Anytime. Changes are pro-rated for gyms, and take effect on your next cycle for individuals — your data and history are always preserved.
